Apparently, napping is a pretty big deal for some people. For those who fall under that category, and also like to know how to optimize said nap, here’s a handy article on how long you should sleep and what you’ll get out of it.
For the short-attentioned:
10-20 minutes: Energy increase.
30 minutes: Don’t do it. Sleep hangover.
60 minutes: Increased memory, but also comes with some grogginess.
90 minutes: Good for the whole gamut. Memory, feeling rested, emotional reset, etc….
Longer than 90 minutes: Quit that. You have better things to do with your life.
